Common questions
I don't know what's wrong with my site. Is that okay?
Completely. Describe what you're seeing, in plain words: "it's blank," "it looks weird," "I got an email saying it's hacked." That's enough for me to start.
How much will it cost?
Depends on what's actually wrong. I'll tell you a price before I start anything, in writing. No surprise invoices.
Do I need to give you my password?
I'll tell you exactly what access I need and why, and only for as long as the fix takes. Nothing more.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes: white-label, invisible to your client. See the "For agencies" section above.
Why text-only, no calls?
A call doesn't leave a record. A written message does: you (or your next developer) can always look back at exactly what happened.
